The food is so good and my family loves the food and the ice cream is good I get the Oreo blizzard Me and and my family have gone their for the ice cream and food and my family love it is a little diner spot for me and my family the service was so good the waitress was a good person and the food came so fast it was made in like 5 minutes or so
Great service, really clean, cute little cafe. I arrived moments before the lunch rush and by the time I got my food the lot was full, a line of hungry customers. You can usually judge a lunch spot by the number of locals and contractors standing in line. This place was full of both. I ordered a 1/4lb tenderloin with lettuce, mayonnaise, American cheese and pickles. Homemade coleslaw and sweet tea. Totaled less than $10 bucks, the coleslaw is a creamy slaw a little heavier on the mayo than I like but very well balanced flavor. My sandwich was a little skimpy on the lettuce but overall quite tasty. By far not my favorite tenderloin but I have had a lot worse. I will return maybe for another tenderloin (they have a 1/2 pounder) maybe I'll have the burger and fries. I recommend if you are passing through Hagerstown and want a bite to eat stop on in.
I have only ever had the swirl soft serve ice cream but it has never disappointed me. Almost every time I visit Hagerstown, I make sure to make a trip to The Dairy for my ice cream.
Great place for burger and fries. Tenderloin about anything they serve is good. Kept very clean just good people to do business with.
What more do you need- clean AC restaurant, picnic tables outsides and good drive-in food! I went with the Coney Dog and was not disappointed! Oddly, some places can screw them up by not here. Lot's of onions and shredded cheese with my coney sauce. Yum! Crinkle fries like the old drive in's always used to have.
